We mentioned earlier that RingCentral offered 24/7 customer service but did we mention how good it was? When we first set up the phone systems in our office it took a lot of hand holding because we had so many users and all of the extensions were getting really confusing. There were times we called them 5-10 times in a day and each time we never waited longer than a couple of minutes before a customer service representative was able to help us. Every time we spoke with someone they were very knowledgeable and were really good at walking us through the various settings we needed to accomplish what we were trying to do.
Speaking of settings RingCentral had a ton of settings for virtually every scenario. Do you want to have really granular control over how your calls will be directed during various hours of the day? RingCentral can easily handle it. This is what really impressed us and although it was a little overwhelming at first it really made directing our callers to the correct person a breeze.
